I just had the best laugh ever when I found out who my assigned author was. She and I had had a great in-comments conversation on one of my fics, and I never, never guessed. Props to argentum-ls for keeping completely cool and collected, while clearly knowing everything.

Gwen: [opens the door to the hallway] No, Dad, I do not want cocoa. Honestly, I’m seventeen years old.
George: Okay, I just thought I remembered somebody saying last week that her fantasy was to live in a chocolate house.
Gwen: Well, that’s impractical! [she shuts the door, then reopens it] And fattening. [closes the door again]
[George stands there, at a loss.]
[Gwen looks at Peter.]
Peter: [back in the bedroom, hiding behind the bed] Chocolate house?
[Gwen rolls her eyes, embarrassed.]

Gwen: What. What?
Peter: [shakes his head]
Gwen: [walks away from him, frustrated]
Peter: [shoots out a web to catch her, spins her into his arms]

Gwen: Shut up.
